The Enclosed Network phase is a transitional period where the Pi Mainnet is live but operates within a firewall that prevents any unwanted external connectivity. During this phase, Pi transactions are limited to within the Pi ecosystem, and Pi cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or other cryptocurrencies.
