If you sent crypto to the wrong address or forgot to add a memo/tag (which some coins need), Bybit might help you get it back — but usually, you’ll have to pay a fee, and it’s not guaranteed. BitMEX is a bit stricter and doesn’t really offer official recovery for lost funds. If you have trouble, you can contact their support, but often, lost crypto just can’t be recovered if it was sent incorrectly.
