Unlike in the pre-Mainnet phase, the systemwide base mining rate (B) in Mainnet is not constant across all Pioneers. It is calculated in real time and dynamically adjusted based on a yearly supply cap. This adjustment ensures that the total rewards remain within a limit while incentivizing contributions meritocratically.
