To update your email, mobile number, or Google Authenticator on the Bybit app:

1. Log in to your account via the Bybit App using your registered email address or mobile number and login password.
2. If you have forgotten your password, follow the password reset guide.
3. After entering the correct information, a security verification pop-up will appear. Click on “Having problems with verification” if you have lost access to your email, phone number, or Google Authenticator.
4. Select the security option you want to reset:
   • Unbind Google Authenticator: Enter the correct email/SMS verification code.
   • Change Mobile Number: Enter a new mobile number and verify it with the SMS verification code.
   • Change Email Address: Enter a new email address and verify it with the email verification code.
5. Complete any additional security verification required (email/SMS/Google Authenticator code or facial verification).
6. You will receive a pop-up message stating the submission has been completed and will be reviewed within 1-3 working days or that the account security settings have been successfully changed/unbound.
