To update your email, mobile number, or Google Authenticator on the Bybit app:
- Log in to your account via the Bybit App using your registered email address or mobile number and login password.
- If you have forgotten your password, follow the password reset guide.
- After entering the correct information, a security verification pop-up will appear. Click on “Having problems with verification” if you have lost access to your email, phone number, or Google Authenticator.
- Select the security option you want to reset:
- Unbind Google Authenticator: Enter the correct email/SMS verification code.
- Change Mobile Number: Enter a new mobile number and verify it with the SMS verification code.
- Change Email Address: Enter a new email address and verify it with the email verification code.
- Complete any additional security verification required (email/SMS/Google Authenticator code or facial verification).
- You will receive a pop-up message stating the submission has been completed and will be reviewed within 1-3 working days or that the account security settings have been successfully changed/unbound.
