Follow these steps to withdraw cryptocurrencies from your Flipster account:
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Log into your Flipster account:
- Ensure you are logged into your Flipster account.
- Navigate to the Withdrawal Page:
- On the mobile application: Go to the [Assets] page.
- On the website: Go to the [Wallet] menu.
- Click on [Send] to proceed.
Note: You must complete the Identity Verification process to unlock the withdrawal function in your Flipster account.
- Select the Cryptocurrency:
- Choose the cryptocurrency or token you wish to withdraw from your Flipster account.
- Scan QR Code or Input Wallet Address:
- Either scan the QR code on the sending platform or input the wallet address into the address field.
Note:
- The transfer of some assets may be supported by multiple networks. Ensure to select the correct network as wallet addresses will differ depending on the chosen network.
- Some assets may require a destination tag. Ensure to correctly input the destination tag on the sending platform.
- Enter Withdrawal Amount:
- Enter the withdrawal amount or select the withdrawal percentage.
- Proceed with the Withdrawal:
- On the mobile application: Click on [Continue].
- On the website: Click on [Preview] and then [Send Now] to proceed.
- Verification:
- Enter your SMS verification code and Email verification code to proceed.
- Web users will have the option to enter the 6-digit 2FA code from your authenticator to proceed.
- Confirm via Email:
- Confirm your withdrawal via the email sent to the email address registered to your Flipster account. This confirmation must take place within 30 minutes or the transaction will be canceled.
Note:
- The transaction may take some time to be confirmed. The confirmation time varies depending on network traffic and the blockchain.
- Both the one-time and daily withdrawal limit is capped at 1,000,000 USD.
