If your credit score isnβt that great, the rates can shoot up. Like, if your scoreβs around 640, you might get something like 13.89%, and if it’s lower than that, maybe even 16% or more. Ouch.
Some lenders offer better deals though:
One place gives 6.49% for up to 12 years.
Another one gives that same rate for shorter terms, but bumps it up a bit for longer ones, like 7.49% for 20 years.
Thereβs also one that helps people with not-so-great credit, starting at 5.99%, but it can go higher depending on your credit.
