Anime with strong and funny female character?

Kyoukai no Kanata has a group of them, Mirai (who is initially broody, but grows out of it), Mitsuki, and Nino. The same deal was done with Hitsugi no Chaika. Chaika, Akari and Frederica are hilarious and amazing.
