Production for Season 2 of the live-action adaptation of One Piece is set to begin in June 2024.
Season 2 brings back the core cast of One Piece, including IΓ±aki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji.
One Piece surpassed Stranger Things’ record to become the most-watched TV show in 84 different countries worldwide during its first weekend of release on Netflix in August 2023.

The new co-executive involved in Season 2 of One Piece is Tracz, co-creator and executive producer of Disneyβs Percy Jackson: The Worldβs End and The Olympians.
Considering that Season 1 also underwent a seven-month filming period, there is no possibility of a delay for Season 2 unless hit with some serious challenges.
There’s a good chance that fans will be able to look forward to a new season of One Piece in the first quarter of 2025.
