My Experience Working Under Dwarkadhish Security Pvt. Ltd.

My name is Raju Kumar, and I worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor under Dwarkadhish Security Private Limited at Enkay Residency V Block, DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurugram (Haryana).

The company managed housekeeping and facility staff for the property.
My salary was ₹19,000 per month, and my role was to supervise daily cleaning, staff duty, and guest satisfaction.

Even after months of honest work, I was never provided with basic employee benefits such as:

• PF (Provident Fund)
• ESI (Employee State Insurance)
• Employee ID or payslip

Still, I continued my job sincerely, hoping my dedication would be respected.

🚫 Fired Without Notice — Just for Taking One Leave

I completed duty till 10 October 2025. On 11 October, I took one day of leave, which led to an unexpected call from Ms. Ravindra Kaur (Operation Head, Dwarkadhish Security Pvt. Ltd.).

Without any prior warning or notice period, I was terminated the same day.

When I asked for my pending October salary, the response was shocking:

> “Resign first, then your salary will be released.”

Even after following up for an entire month — till 23 November 2025 — I still have not received my salary.

Across Gurugram, Delhi, and NCR, hundreds of employees working under Dwarkadhish Security Pvt. Ltd. and similar contract firms face the same issues:

• No PF or ESI despite working full-time.
• No weekly offs or paid leaves.
• Salary delays or complete denial after termination.
• No written employment proof, making it harder to claim dues.

Workers are made to believe they have no option but to stay silent. And when someone demands their rights, they are easily replaced.

⚖️ My Message to the Authorities and the Public

This post is not defamation, it is truth and experience.
Every person who gives their labour deserves:

• Timely and complete salary payment
• Proper documentation and ID
• Access to PF, ESI, and leave benefits
• Respect and fair treatment

Government labour departments should take strict action against private security and facility companies that violate the Basic Labour Act by denying workers their rights.

💬 My Final Words

Dwarkadhish Security Pvt. Ltd. may look professional on paper, but my experience shows a different reality.
I worked sincerely, never refused extra duties, and never took unnecessary leave — yet, I was removed without notice and left unpaid.
