Can Liquidations occur even when TP/SL orders have been set?

Yes, liquidations can occur independently of TP/SL orders. Liquidation reference prices are based on the Mark Price, whereas TP/SL orders use the Mid Price as a reference. If the Mark Price reaches the Liquidation Price before the TP/SL order is triggered, the liquidation will take precedence and close the position automatically.
